About Searching for Good Food

My passion first and foremost is cooking and the idea of my blog is to compare and contrast different foods from different continents, comment on their quality, rate them but where possible use local ingredients from around where I live in Wales.
My meals are a combination of traditional Welsh, UK but also Thai, Indian and a range of other countries.
Basically I enjoy making, sharing and trying  out food ideas with sharing them with other food lovers.
